For clients undertaking a significant home, the hardest part is rarely the design; it is ensuring that the vision survives budgets, schedules, procurement, and the countless decisions required over many months. This is exactly what Kearsley Home is built to manage, and Alethia is one of the people who leads that process. Raised within her family's award-winning luxury design-build firm and seasoned on custom residences ranging from $4 million to more than $20 million, she brings the discipline, foresight, and calm problem-solving for which the firm is known. Alethia excels at anticipating challenges long before they reach the client and coordinating the many moving parts required to bring a home together successfully.

Owner's Representative & Construction Advisor

David Erotas brings five decades of high-end construction experience to the client's side of the table as an Owner's Representative and Construction Consultant. Working alongside Heather and Alethia, he helps evaluate and select builders, specialty trades, subcontractors, and landscape professionals, and manages their execution throughout the build. With design, project management, and construction expertise aligned under one roof, the client's vision is protected from concept through completion, along with the budget, the timeline, and the quality of the work.

Real Estate Broker & Wine Country Advisor

Buying property in an unfamiliar region is where costly mistakes are often made, from understanding what a home truly requires to evaluating what the land can support, what will permit, and what creates long-term value. Licensed in California real estate since 1985 and a Real Estate Broker since 1996, Steve Wolf has represented buyers and sellers in more than 400 residential transactions while also working extensively in development, permitting, infrastructure, land acquisition, and commercial and industrial projects throughout Sonoma and Napa Counties. Having personally built, renovated, developed, bought, and sold properties across Wine Country, Steve helps Kearsley Home clients evaluate not only what a property is today, but what it can become for the way they want to live. As part of Wolf & Gallagher Wine Country Real Estate Advisors at Engel & Völkers, Steve provides trusted guidance throughout the entire property journey, from acquisition and renovation to investment and eventual sale.

Hospitality & Lifestyle Coordinator

A beautifully finished home only comes to life through the experience inside it, the meals shared and the guests welcomed. Holly orchestrates that experience. With a lifelong love of food and hospitality, she coordinates private chefs and caterers, arranges thoughtful gatherings, and prepares the kind of effortless touches, from picnics to intimate meals, that make a home feel cared for. For clients settling in or entertaining, she ensures every detail is handled so the home feels truly alive from the very first gathering.

Owner, Eclectic Tour | Hospitality, Concierge & Lifestyle Partner

A new home in Wine Country is only as rich as the life around it, and that life runs on relationships most clients have not yet had time to build. Through Kearsley Home's partnership with Darren Schauer, owner of the respected hospitality company Eclectic Tour, clients gain that access from day one: private winery visits, vineyard lunches, private chef dinners, sought-after reservations, and the cultural experiences that never appear in any guidebook. For a client settling in or hosting guests they want to impress, Darren makes an unfamiliar region feel effortlessly their own.

For years, Gail ran the main office of Kearsley's interior design practice, bringing the business discipline, client care, and gracious standard that a firm of this caliber depends on. A textile artisan trained from childhood, a Master Gardener, and co-founder of one of Northern California's most respected hospitality and event companies, she has been part of Kearsley since 1997, helping shape its standard for fine linens, gracious entertaining, and the garden-to-table rhythms that make a Wine Country home feel truly alive. Today she lends that experience to the team as a trusted advisor, ensuring the warmth, craftsmanship, and care she has always brought continue to define every Kearsley home.

A Sonoma native raised in Marin and Sonoma County, Alexis knows this valley as home. She brings a sharp eye for value, a feel for what a property can become, and a modern command of marketing and technology.
