Kearsley Terms of Service
By placing an Order and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you approve the price and all contents of the Order. Your payment serves as your signature and acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Are Final: Once an Order is placed, all sales are considered final.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within three (3) days from the date of the Order for a full refund, except for sale items, which are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lead Time: All items are made to order and require a minimum lead time of 6-8 weeks. Kearsley will confirm the actual lead time after the Order is placed. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Payment Responsibilities: You are responsible for the payment of all applicable sales tax, packing, shipping, and any related charges on your purchases.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after three (3) days from the date of the Order.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are available for unused items, subject to a 30% restocking fee. The exchanged items must be in their original condition, without signs of use or damage.

Custom and Bespoke Orders: All custom-made and bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.

Limitation of Liability: Kearsley is not liable for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or shipping delays beyond our control.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or related to your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms: Kearsley reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
