Holly Erotas

A beautifully finished home only comes to life through the experience inside it, the meals shared, the guests welcomed, the sense that everything has been thought of. Holly Erotas brings that experience to life. With a lifelong love of food, cooking, and gracious hospitality, she creates the moments that turn a house into a place people never want to leave.

Holly's passion for the creativity of food has shaped much of her life. In 2013 she founded Lemon & Vine, a Greek specialty food company she built with her daughters, selling a range of Greek food products in grocery stores across the west coast and northeast and online. Today, living in Wine Country, she channels that same love of food into preparing gourmet lunches for her son-in-law's wine touring company and for a number of local wineries.

For Kearsley Home clients, Holly orchestrates the hospitality that makes a home feel cared for. She coordinates private chefs and caterers, arranges thoughtful gatherings, and prepares the kind of effortless touches, from vineyard picnics to intimate meals at home, that make entertaining feel easy and abundant. Her instinct for warmth and detail means a client can settle in, or host with confidence, from the very first day.

That same care has long defined her professional life. For more than two decades, Holly was co-owner of Erotas Building Corporation, the high-end custom home builder she ran with her husband, David, in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Beginning her career as a construction manager, she went on to serve as an overall project coordinator, working directly with clients, architects, interior designers, and cabinet makers, designing kitchen function, and managing the flow of information and pricing between the client and the project. She understands, from the inside, both how an exceptional home is built and how it is meant to be lived in.

Holly and David relocated from Minnesota to Winters, California in 2021. Married since 1972, they are proud parents and grandparents who share a lifelong appreciation for craftsmanship, family, and the pleasures of a well-set table.
