David Erotas

Alethia Erotas brings more than twenty years of professional interior design and project management experience to Kearsley Home. Raised within her family's award-winning luxury design-build firm, Erotas Building Corporation, she was immersed in the world of residential design and construction from an early age. This unique foundation fostered a lifelong understanding of architecture, interiors, craftsmanship, construction coordination, and the countless details required to create exceptional homes.

Throughout her career, Alethia served as both Senior Project Manager and Interior Designer on custom residential projects ranging from approximately $4 million to more than $20 million. Working within a design-build environment provided her with a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the process—from initial design concepts and finish selections to budgeting, procurement, scheduling, contractor coordination, installations, and client communications.

Known for her meticulous organization, attention to detail, and calm problem-solving approach, Alethia excels at transforming complex projects into enjoyable experiences for clients. Her ability to bridge the worlds of design and construction allows her to anticipate challenges, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure that projects are executed thoughtfully and efficiently without compromising the design vision.

With additional studies in fashion design, Alethia brings an atelier-inspired appreciation for proportion, materials, craftsmanship, and fine detailing. This perspective informs every project, helping create homes that are both beautiful and highly functional.

One of Alethia's greatest strengths is her longstanding collaboration with Heather Wolf. Together, they bring more than fifty years of combined professional experience in interior design, project management, construction coordination, hospitality, and luxury client service. Having both grown up immersed in the building industry, they share a deep appreciation for how exceptional homes are designed, built, furnished, and enjoyed. Their complementary backgrounds allow Kearsley Home to guide projects seamlessly from initial concept through installation and beyond.

Alethia and her husband Darren have called Napa Valley home since 2014. They are the proud parents of two sons: Jack, a freshman engineering student at Colorado State University, and Crosby, who attends Napa Christian School.
