Our Soleil Sateen is available by the yard for clients and makers who enjoy creating their own linens, soft furnishings, and sewing projects. Woven in Italy from 100% extra-long-staple Egyptian cotton, this elegant sateen offers a soft, breathable hand with a subtle pearl-like luster.
At 120 inches wide, Soleil provides exceptional versatility for home sewing and interior projects. As a simple reference, one yard of fabric can make two basic pillowcases when sewn in a straightforward style. (Kearsley pillowcases use a more complex construction with deep cuffs and envelope closures, which requires additional fabric.)
Because of its smooth finish and generous width, Soleil is also excellent as a curtain lining, offering both softness and beautiful drape.
